Return/ Exchange Policy

We would love to know that you are satisfied with the products you ordered at our site. However, we understand that at times something may not be right. As an integrated retail brand striving to provide our customers with quality par excellence, we focus on tailoring unique products.

However, if for some reason you would like to return the order then you are always welcome to raise a return request within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. You can write an email to us at customer.care@handme.co.in or call us at +91-9310981196 to initiate a return request.

In case you are not happy with the size ordered, you can exchange it for a bigger or a smaller size by raising an exchange request within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. You can write an email to us at customer.care@handme.co.in or call us at +91-9310981196 to initiate an exchange request. We will arrange a return pick up for the product(s) to be exchanged. We request you to pack all the items in their original delivery package, in the same condition as received by you. Please make sure that the garment has all the product tags and labels in place and the parcel is properly packed. 

Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns. However you can get it exchanged them for a smaller or bigger size if shipped back at our warehouse.

In case of an exchange, you may enjoy a one time free exchange.

Refund

In case of return of all products, return shipping charge of INR 300 per product will be deducted and remaining entire amount is credited to your bank account within 3 days of receiving the product. Alternatively, you can choose for crediting of 100% amount as Handme credit money. In this case, a gift voucher of the entire amount will be issued which will be valid for purchase across all products with lifetime validity.
